HMRC and Companies House collaborated to enable users to submit online Corporation Tax and Accounts for those who do not use accountants. Reducing the need for paper transactions and communication will result in a huge cost saving for HMRC.
Taking an existing PDF and converting it to an online presence was challenging as it had a low satisfaction rate. User-lead design and content was the key to the success of this implementation as this tool was now targeted to users who do not have accountants.
