Management Information dashboards

The challenge
The goal was to provide national and international internal users with real-time dashboards that offer data on investment opportunities and guaranteed jobs. These dashboards needed to be data-driven and display information in the most efficient format for easy consumption.

My role
I worked as an interaction designer alongside a user researcher to conduct UX interviews and workshops with users nationally and internationally. The goal was to provide them with up-to-date data to enable them to understand better and report on the information for the sector they are responsible for.

My tasks
As the Interaction Designer, I utilized my UX Design and Wireframing skills to create intuitive and efficient dashboard interfaces. I travelled to other sites where I helped conduct UR interviews and workshops and observed how users interacted with the data dashboards. The outcomes of these sessions are used to iterate further and improve the user interfaces. I focused on user experience to ensure that the data was presented clearly, easily navigated, and understood by users.

Outcomes
The dashboards were praised for their clarity and ease of use, significantly improving the accessibility and utility of critical investment and employment data. The outcome was that we delivered the project before the projected go-live date.
