A UX lead re-design of Lloyds Corporate Markets front-office Foreign Exchange trading application. This involved working day-to-day with the stakeholders to understand the business needs. Working with and interviewing front-office staff, understanding their working practices, pain-points and what currently works to devise a new interface for working.
